Coaching Plus was the result of a dream I incubated over many years to combine my experience as a pioneer in Chile in the consulting approach to corporate language training with my subsequent entrepreneurial adventures representing 3 leading global providers of Leadership Training, Organizational Development and Consultancy and Collegial Coaching: Franklin Covey, Vital Smarts and Crane Consulting. Why not offer executive coaching in English (or Spanish to Expats) so that they get the double benefit of developing competence and confidence in the foreign language whilst discussing their business and leadership challenges, rehearsing potential solutions and defining and executing the best strategy?
